Our payment options include an hourly rate, fixed fees for the drafting of Parenting or Property Orders by Consent, and for divorce applications (or responses). As well as deferred payment options to suit a range of family law property matters.

We are committed to providing our clients with an open and transparent fee structure that is suitable for them, and we provide each of our clients with updated fee estimates each step of the way for all court matters.

Following our obligation-free 45 min Initial Consultation with you, we will provide you with options to resolve or settle your matter and email you a ‘costs proposal/agreement’ for your consideration.
