Collaborative Family Law
A successful dispute resolution method which is under your control.
- resolve your financial and or parenting issues with your former spouse or partner,
- achieve an outcome in the best interests of your children; and
- maintain dignity, privacy, and respect between you and the children's other parent, then a collaborative approach may be the most productive, swift and cost-effective way forward.
A collaborative approach will give you the opportunity to resolve family law issues with privacy and respect.
As every family law matter we approach is as unique as every family, careful consideration will be given about the most appropriate way forward for your family’s specific needs.
We invite you to make an appointment and discuss the process at our office.
The collaborative process has assisted parents to continue to co-parent beyond separation and divorce. The collaborative process may include professionals such as Accountants, Financial Planners, Child Consultants or other professionals who are available by way of referral as their expertise may become required.
Jane McCarthy is a practicing Collaborative Family Lawyer and a member of the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners.
