Urgent Recovery Orders
There may be circumstances where you may not yet have any Orders in place for parenting, and one party will not return the children. Or where one party has relocated with the children.
A Recovery Order is an Order of the Court allowing for the return of children to a person who has parental responsibility for those children.
You may have reason to believe that the children are unsafe, or that the new situation is not in the children's best interests.
If you suspect you may have grounds for an urgent Recovery Order, contact our offices immediately so that your matter can be treated as our priority.
We will draft the documents required by the Court to recover your children and have them returned to your care.
